Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Chaaya. While we try our best to deliver perfection every time, here’s how we handle returns & exchanges:

 

 

Returns

We currently don’t offer refunds, but we’ve got you covered in case something’s not right:

  • Manufacturing Defect? Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item should be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Once approved:

  • You’ll need to ship the product back to us (self-shipping).

  • After we check it, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit ✨

 

 

Exchanges

Need an exchange? Here’s how it works:

  • Applicable only for manufacturing defects (within 48 hours).

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

A small ₹150 shipping fee will be applicable for exchanges.

 

 

How to Request

  1. Drop us a mail at query@chaayafashion.com with your order details + issue

  2. We’ll review and share the return address

  3. Ship it back to us

  4. Once approved, you’ll get your store credit 💌

 

 

A Few Quick Things to Note

  • Return shipping costs are to be handled by the customer

  • Used or damaged items won’t be accepted

  • We don’t offer cash refunds
